When disruption occurs, we will manage the recovery of your systems, software, data, telecoms and provide you with an alternate workplace.

  1. A disruption or disaster has affected your building.
  2. You will be given a 24x7x365 support telephone number which you can ring when you would like to invoke your plan with us and relocate your team to our facility.
  3. Your data will be uploaded onto workstations requested; replicating the exact desktop your staff would have at work. We can take an ‘image’ of your current desktop build which can be instantly rolled out to the number of positions you require during an invocation so that your staff are fully familiar with the setup, and reducing the time it takes them to settle in. Once we have identified your needs and our skilled engineers have set up this configuration you will be asked to complete a ‘test’ to ensure everything works as it should do and nothing has been overlooked.
  4. From the moment we take your call we begin rolling out your DR plan and request that your telephone calls are diverted to the bank of numbers we provide you with. You will be provided with a Service Level Agreement which will be based on the package you choose.
  5. Once invoked you will be provided with secure access to one of our suites from which your staff may continue to work as per usual whether that be for a day or several months.
